The enterprise education agenda is growing fast in Nottinghamshire:

• 7 secondary schools have been participants in the Enterprise for All project 
  
• 5 secondary schools/clusters of secondary schools have been awarded Enterprise Pathfinder status by the Department for Education and Skills
  
• 3 secodary schools in the district of Ashfield are joining an enterprise training programme funded through the North Nottinghamshire Learning Partnership 14 - 19 Pathfinder.

A couple of weeks ago the Enterprise for All schools, the Enterprise Pathfinder schools and the Nottinghamshire Education business Alliance met to discuss whether there was a need to work together on this agenda.  It was agreed that it would be beneficial to come together periodically in order to provide mutual support and share learning and experience.  An email group has now been formed and we will meet again in mid February.
